What details do I need to give when ordering the glass cross?

When ordering the glass cross please make sure you clearly add the name, D.O.B and the date on which they passed away, so as these details can be added to the plaque. If you would like different information on the plaque please specify, but note the plaques are small so only a couple of words/dates can be added. If it's the Traditional cross, please make sure that you have sent us the correct details, name, D.O.B and the date they passed away, also what colour you would like the gem. When sending the ashes make sure they are in a small airtight plasic bag/container with your name clearly marked. Only a small amount of ash is required about half a thimball size.

Do I fill the silver urn pendant?

Yes. The silver urn pendant is delivered for you to add the ashes.

How do I place my order?

To place a order click on the reserve link then fill in your details, you can also add any other information in the extra info box. Choose how you would like us to contact you either by phone, e-mail or post. Once we have recieved your order we will contact you regarding payment and any other queries you may have.

How do I pay for my keepsake?

Once we have recieved your payment we will then create your keepsake. If you are paying buy credit/debit card please click on the "PayPal"  buy now link. If you are paying by personal cheque's please click on the reserve link and we will contact you.

When should I expect my Keepsake once I have ordered?

All keepsakes will be delivered between 7-28 days.

Can I have a keepsake made even if the person/pet hasn't passed away?

Yes. You can order your keepsake even if your loved one hasn't passed away.
