If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Gems4ever, please contact us and return your item(s) within 7 calendar days. We will refund you the full amount or exchange for another of the same.
Returned shipping costs are to be paid by you and we take no responsibility for damaged or lost items whilst being returned to Gems4ever. All item(s) must be returned in the originally packaging. We do however suggest you return your item(s) by Recorded Delivery.
Whilst every effort is made to create beautiful keepsakes Gems4ever cannot take responsibility for any damages that occur by you.
